Red Grey Sea View Villa is located on the picturesque hill of Dikastika in Marathon area, overlooking the Aegean sea.

This architecturally unique Villa consists of two grey-colored buildings, built on both sides of an impressive red-colored stairway building.
The loft-styled living area is located on the ground floor of the grey-building on the south-west side of the property. It boasts 6m high ceillings and floor-to-ceiling two-story windows, offering grand views of the pine-tree forest and the sea. It hosts the living room with a fireplace, an air-condition, a fully equipped open kitchen, the 8-seat dining area, a W.C. and a large terrace with amazing sea view.
The open concept continues as you go upstairs to the master bedroom of the Villa, a loft bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the living area. The master bedroom shares the same excellent, unlimited view to the sea, inviting you to be as one with the living space below, but also allows guests some privacy through black-out blinds, since it is open, like a balcony overlooking the living room. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-condition.
The lower ground level of the loft building hosts a studio apartment, with a double bed,a semi-double bed (120X200), a seating area with a sofa-bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a private seaview terrace and is air-conditoned.
The other grey building of the Villa located on the opposite side of the stairway building, hosts two (2) more comfortable bedrooms, which share a large bathroom, all with stunning views of the coast. One bedroom has a double bed and is air-conditioned. The second bedroom has a single bed as well as a second pull-out single bed. This bedroom is equipped with a ceiling-fan.
The well designed outdoor area located in front of the Villa displays a modern infinity pool (4mX8,5m) and a great area around it where our quests can swim,sunbath,relax and enjoy the unique sea view. The outdoor area is fully complemented with a table, chairs and lounge chairs. It also hosts an open-air bar with stools and kitchenette, as well as a bbq gas grill, where quests can prepare their own drinks, snacks and meals, while enjoying the marvelous view by the pool, day or night.
