Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The villa is close to few big houses and natura area which make it unique for walks in the morning.
The National park (protected by Natura 2000) is about 5-10' walk, but even from the house top floors one can patiently enjoy bird-watching where about 115 bird species have been observed.
It is an ideal location for exploring around the most unique of historical importance area or just spend the day at Schinias beach all day which is only 5' away.
