The pool area with its painting-like and breathtaking view of a serene part of Aegean, the South Gulf of Evia is located on the Island of Evia, 1h from Athens. Part of a hillside villa, surrounded with olive trees and only a 5min drive from Eretria town, the shops, the ancient sights and the beach. So close to almost everywhere but yet so private.
Pool area is overlooking the Attica and Evian coastline – featuring a stunning view highlighted during the day by the changing colors of the sea and at night by all the illuminated villages along the gulf, sparkling like precious jewels in the horizon.
The overflow pool, which is the epicenter of the exterior, is equipped with a counter-current swimming system (jet stream).
Landscape diversity; north of the pool area there are mountain views, while south the breathtaking view of the sea and the small islands, Agia Triada, Aspronissi, Kolokythi, Dream Island which make the view even more scenic.
The villa is available for Media/Productions, Fashion Events/PhotoShoot, Film/Video Shoots, Workshops/Meetings, Small Events.
