Also a private tavern with immediate access to the front garden, a stove oven, fire plates, an indoor bbq and lots of areas suited for fun activities. The villa is fully equipped with three-phase electric current, the system of alarm, telephone line, control of doors with monitors, intercommunication, hi-tech switches, and latest technology electrical current distribution tables.
