Description
As we reach the coastal line of the area we meet the Hill of Agia Marina and the idyllic little church on the sea with the panoramic view of the Euboea Gulf in a green setting environment and of course the blue of the Greek sea. The small church is ideal for baptisms and weddings, since it has a huge forecourt around the perimeter of the church with gardens built literally on the rock.
At a distance of 100 meters we find the villa Anastasia built on an area of 1000m². The main paved entrance leads to the main accommodation building with direct access to the outdoor dining area and the 50m² swimming pool, with a special disabled ramp so that access to the interior of the house but also to the exterior is simple and easy. The outdoor dining room overlooks the sea and the island of Evia in the background, giving a huge sense of freedom and tranquility. Ideal to enjoy your breakfasts and dinners next to the pool since the surrounding greenery prevails while the neighboring buildings are at a distance with sparse private residences.
Inside the house we will find a large comfortable living room with a fireplace and a large flat screen, the dining room for 8 people with direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, the three bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a WC. The two bedrooms consist of double beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. All rooms have spacious wardrobes, wooden floors and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a large shower, while next to the WC and in a hidden area there is a washing machine and clothes care items available. The house is surrounded by large windows screens for plenty of light but also a view of all the outdoor areas. At the back of the house there is the covered barbeque area with a built-in structure, but a mobile charcoal grill is also available. A marble staircase leads to the lower second level of the house. The space has a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a shower. Ideal for guests, hosting friends or a housekeeper/babysitter. Lemon and orange trees surround the back side of the house. The exterior lighting at night lends an idyllic character. The lights of Evia twinkle with the first dusk, the sky is full of stars, the colors of the pool, your favorite music combined with your regular cocktail drink are the reason you chose to relax at Villa Anastasia.
