The Boho Loft.
The studio has a polished light grey/cement floor and a natural earthy color painted wall in the bed and shower area, the natural Bamboos give a Bohemian accent to the open plan design.
The Boho Loft is located at the very top floor of the building and it is just over 30m2 and has been recently renovated from top to bottom.
Some of the areas that filmmakers and photographers love to use are the living room/kitchen area as its well lit during the day with natural light, the open balcony area, and the bedroom area.
It's an open plan design and the 2 kitchen stools under the kitchen bench are free standing to make it easier to move during shoots.
I stay out of the way during filming once the introduction and show around is done.
The studio is also equipped with a smart lock for easier access after-hours and a self check-in option is available

The Boho Loft is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the centre of Athens - Kato Patissia. The train station of Kato Patisia is just a breath away making the apartment and the rest of your destinations easily accessible with public transport. A trip to Monastiraki and the city center takes about 15’ minutes. If you are travelling with a car or a motorbike there is on street parking usually available underneath the property. The closest pharmacy and supermarket - grocery store are just 2’ minutes walk and coffee shops are in 350m distance, there is also a laundromat on the corner opposite the apartment too.
in general anything you may need is between a very short-walking distance and also accessible to be delivered to your door through Efood and other apps similar to Uber-eats etc.
