Villa Alice is in a serene environment surrounded by fabulous traditional Cycladic stonework. Accommodating up to 16 renters Alice comprises of 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, gym, steam room, and office. Offering undisturbed views of the sunset and Delos island, the outdoor space includes an infinity pool, childrens pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, dining, lounge area, and BBQ. Extending over two levels, each level has its own entrance offering more privacy to renters.
The upper level has a spacious common area with fantastic sea views, TV, Blu-ray player, fireplace, outdoor dinig area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (Master, twin, and double). The master bedroom has access to the jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area. On the lower level is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, office, gym, massage room, spacious Hammam, bathroom, 4 ensuite bedrooms, and access to the pool. The outdoor space features an infinity pool at the ground level with an al fresco shower, and a kid’s pool at the lower level. Both pools face the sparkling waters of the Aegean sea. There is a jacuzzi, a shaded dining area for up to 10 renters, lounge areas, and parking.
