A unique luxurious house in the city centre with an oasis atmosphere surrounded by a garden.
It was first built in 1935 and it was demolished and rebuilt on 2007 by myself, spending the savings of 2 lifetimes!
The house is 128 square meters with a 90 square meters garden.
The ground floor is consisted of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and it is connected with the magic garden. The uniqueness of the ground floor is that you can fully open all the glass doors and then you have the TEAK floors connecting kitchen garden and living room! This will give you a majestic feeling that you live out in the nature with a lot of light but with all the luxuries and comfort of a beautiful home!
The main bathroom is next to the kitchen with teak floors… it’s just like you would feel on a sailing boat!
In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with a skylight, very comfortable COCO-MAT beds and a small balcony full of charm where you can sunbathe.
Also a toilet and a shower are situated on the 2nd floor.
The house is very bright because it is mainly built of glass.
Furniture are brought from different parts of the world while some of them are French and Spanish antiques.
It is defined as a small hidden paradise for a reason: It offers quiet and comfort in the most profound way!
