A beautiful villa of over 400 m2 is built in a unique French-Italian style with extensive use of natural materials including stone walls and floors, solid chestnut beams, hand distressed Italian chestnut doors, bespoke designer kitchen furniture and a huge stone fireplace, creating an exclusive country chic ambiance. Genuine French antique chandeliers, Travertine marble bathrooms, choice pieces of furniture, ducted air-conditioning and under-floor heating add to the eclectic yet welcoming atmosphere. Our stylish villa will comfortably accommodate 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The 36 m2 master suite has a dual aspect with country views to the south and west, also an outdoor and indoor sitting area. The suite comprises of a walk in wardrobe, king size bed, under floor heating, air- conditioning, oak floors, beamed ceilings and an antique French crystal chandelier and French reproduction furniture. The ensuite travertine tiled bathroom has double basins, a bath and walk in shower. The 19 m2 white Rococo styled bedroom has a super king size bed, under floor heating, air-conditioning, oak floors, free standing vintage wardrobe, arm chair, chest of drawers and antique crystal chandelier, en suite facilities with walk in shower and a private outdoor terrace with seating and sun loungers. The 17 m2 Rattan styled bedroom also has a king size bed, French country style furniture, under floor heating, air-conditioning, oak floors, built-in wardrobe and en suite facilities with walk in shower. All beds and mattresses are imported from the UK and USA and exceptionally comfortable. Coverlets, duvets and pillows, of which both feather and down or hypoallergenic are available and 100% white cotton linens are all of the highest quality for our guest’s ultimate comfort. All bedrooms have complimentary WiFi. Outside, landscaped gardens with borders full of lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine, scented roses and colourful plumbago abound, whilst manicured lawns give way to sandy sunbathing terraces surrounding the pool. With 180 degrees of uninterrupted south facing views over undulating hills and just the sounds of nature for company, this is the perfect place to completely unwind and relax.
