During the summer months, the garden and outdoor areas are ideal for relaxation, play and enchanting evenings accompanied by the starry sky. In winter, the company gathers around the large fireplace. The 4 bedrooms (2 + 2 children's) can comfortably sleep 8 people.
The location at the foot of Mount Penteli is very safe and offers absolute peace and relaxation in nature, all seasons of the year. The house provides plenty of space - inside and outside -, privacy, comfort, stunning and unobstructed view in three directions.
Drafi is one of the few inhabited areas of Attica at such a high altitude. The "eagle's nest" is located 430 meters above sea level and offers to the east a view of the Gulf of Evia, southern Evia and the islands of Andros and Kea (while with a clear atmosphere, the view reaches Gyaro and Syros!!). To the south you can see the entire plain of Mesogeia with the airport and in the background the Saronic Gulf, up to Lagonisi. To the west, you can enjoy the sunset over the city of Athens and Piraeus!
