This is a newly renovated, friendly and warm house with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It has 2 large terraces of which one with great view across the city and the sea. It’s fully equipped and all the facilities are ideal for renting during the summer and the winter period. As you enter the house the kitchen and the living room is a large open concept area.
The kitchen is electrically equipped with refrigerator, electric kitchen and oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The living room with a three-seater sofa and a sofa bed can accommodate additionally three more people. There is also a modern corner with an office suitable for your lap-top and documents.
As you moving on there is a bathroom that includes a specially designed area with the washing machine. The bedroom is big with a double bed, a two seater sofa and leading to the garden.
The garden offers a panoramic view of the city, the surrounding mountains and the sea. You can enjoy the panoramic view drinking your coffee in the morning as the day starts or chilling in the night with a glass of wine. There is also a lemon tree and a pomegranate tree. Feel free to taste both!
