This 75 sqm apartment is thoughtfully laid out around a long central corridor that leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen.

The apartment is full of character. Many of the furniture pieces and decorations come from when our grandparents lived in the house or are special items collected during our travels, giving the space a warm, authentic feel.

One bedroom overlooks the lively main street, while the quieter north-facing bedroom has direct access to a small private backyard — a perfect spot to set up a breakfast scene, have a smoke, or simply relax away from the buzz of the front side.
