Description
An old textiles factory of 1500m2 renovated into a modern Bauhaus. Currently the premises host different, fully equipped and autonomous workshops such as pottery studio, carpentry workshop, leather crafting workshop, fashion design studio and more. Glass, iron, concrete and wood are the dominant materials used by the architectural team as they imagined a co-working hub that enhances the interaction among artists and craftsmen. 11 Semi transparent workshops of 40-70m2, surrounded by more than 700m2 of open spaces used as machinery parks, working spaces and free-expression areas. A small pc lab with 7 working stations equipped with professional design softwares for product designers.
Also available within the premises, an empty single space of 150m2 without any partitions ideal for any kind of event.
The space is flooded by natural daylight as all the surrounding walls bares big glass windows.
The price refers to partially renting of the space (e.g. 1-2 workshops or the open spaces)
If you wish to book the whole floor the price is 5000€ per day 7000€ per weekend.
