Description
Το κτίριο ειναι σχεδιασμένο και κατασκευασμένο το 1906 από τον Αλέξανδρο Βενιερη για την οικογένεια του σύμφωνα με τον νέο κλασσικό ρυθμό που επικρατούσε εκείνη την εποχή στη Αθήνα.
Τα δωμάτια με ύψος που φτάνει μέχρι και τα 4,50 μέτρα στον όροφο,έχουν όλα τον αρχικό ζωγραφικό διάκοσμο στους τοίχους και τις οροφές.
Η ανακατασκευή που ολοκληρώθηκε το 2010 σεβάστηκε τον νεοκλασσικό χαρακτήρα του κτιρίου, συντηρώντας και αποκαθιστώντας σχεδόν όλα τα εμβληματικά και λειτουργικά στοιχειά του.
Η τωρινή χρήση του κτιρίου παραμένει κατοικία .
